Most orders ship within 24 hours from our warehouse, fully insured via DHL. Delivery is 6 to 10 business days within the EU, or 8 to 13 business days to the UK and other international destinations.
Yes, bulbs are included with our lamps unless stated otherwise on the product page. If a lamp does not include bulbs, it will be clearly mentioned.
Most are, with a compatible dimmer. Check the specification section on each product page. If it does not mention dimming, the lamp is not dimmable. Use a trailing edge dimmer for the smoothest performance.
Your lamp ships with the correct plug type and voltage for your country, so it is ready to use right out of the box.
Yes. We offer 30 day returns. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, use our Returns Portal. Every lamp also includes a 2 year warranty.
