The things people actually ask before buying an outdoor light.

Are your outdoor lights weatherproof?
Yes. Our outdoor range is built for the elements with weather-resistant finishes and sealed fittings. Always check the IP rating on the product page: covered spots like porches and patios suit most models, while fully exposed, wet positions need a higher rating.
What does the IP rating mean?
IP (Ingress Protection) tells you how well a light is sealed against dust and water. For sheltered areas IP44 is plenty; for rain-exposed walls or gardens look for IP54 to IP65. Each product page lists its rating so you can match it to the spot.
Do outdoor lights come with a bulb?
Most ship with a warm-white LED bulb included, so they are ready to use. Where a bulb is not included it is noted on the page, and we recommend a weather-rated warm-white LED for a soft, welcoming glow.
Can I install an outdoor light myself?
Simple plug-in or low-voltage lights are straightforward, but any permanent outdoor wiring should be connected by a qualified electrician to keep it safe and weatherproof. Mounting hardware is included.
What colour temperature works best outdoors?
Warm white (around 3000K) is the most welcoming for facades, gardens and entryways, and it flatters brick, wood and planting. Cooler light tends to feel harsh outside, so we keep to warm tones.
Will outdoor lights survive winter?
Yes, when matched to the right IP rating for their position. Weather-resistant metals and finishes handle cold, rain and frost; just keep the fittings sealed and check the seals occasionally.
Are they suitable for coastal or salty air?
Coastal air is tougher on finishes, so choose a higher IP rating and a corrosion-resistant finish, and rinse the fitting occasionally. Product pages note the materials so you can pick accordingly.
How bright should an outdoor wall light be?
For an entrance or patio, a warm 400 to 800 lumen LED gives a welcoming pool of light without glare. For driveways or security you will want brighter, often motion-activated, fittings.
Can I use these in a covered porch or carport?
Absolutely. Covered, sheltered areas are ideal and most of the range suits them, giving a warm welcome while staying protected from direct rain.
What is included, and how do shipping and returns work?
Every order ships free and fully insured with DHL, with mounting hardware included. If it is not right, we offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging.
