Do you offer business or volume pricing?

Yes. Once your B2B enquiry is approved you get better-than-retail pricing across the full range, and larger or project orders earn deeper rates. Send us the products and quantities through the form above and we'll come back with a quote.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum to enquire or order, you can request a single piece at B2B pricing. Volume pricing simply improves as quantities rise, with no obligation to hit a threshold.

Can you supply a whole project or fit-out?

Yes. With 150+ designs in stock we can light an entire restaurant, hotel or development from one order, confirm stock for the full quantity, reserve it and consolidate delivery to a single site address on your schedule. Just list what you need in the enquiry.

What are your lead times and stock levels?

Orders are processed in 0 to 2 business days and arrive within 7 to 14 business days in total, with free shipping via our trusted carriers (the carrier depends on your location and order size). For larger quantities we confirm exact stock and a delivery window before you commit, and can hold key lines for a scheduled project. Our order cut-off is 22:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, you'll receive a full order invoice for your accounts. If you have specific invoicing or VAT requirements for your business, just note them in your enquiry and we'll confirm exactly what we can provide before you order.

Can I order samples before committing?

For live projects, yes, we can send a sample so you can check finish, scale and quality in person before specifying across a whole space. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll arrange it.

Are the lights suitable for commercial and hospitality use?

Yes. Our pieces are built from real glass, solid metals and natural materials like marble, travertine and rice paper, with finishes chosen to hold up in a busy restaurant or hotel that runs its lighting twelve hours a day.

Do the lights come with bulbs, and what type?

The vast majority ship with a warm-white LED bulb included, typically around 3000K on a standard E27 fitting, so you're ready to install on arrival. Integrated-LED models have the light built in and never need a bulb change for many years. Any exception is noted on the product page.

Are they dimmable?

Many are, which matters for hospitality where you want bright by day and low and warm by night. Dimmability is confirmed on each product page; where bulbs are included we ship dimmable LEDs by default, paired with a compatible dimmer.

Can you do custom sizes or finishes for a project?

For many ranges, yes, custom drop lengths (especially for staircase and high-ceiling chandeliers), finish options and made-to-order quantities. Custom work is quoted per project; describe the requirement in your enquiry and we'll come back with options, pricing and lead time.

Do you ship internationally and to a site address?

We ship across the United Kingdom and the European Union with free shipping, and can deliver straight to a project or site address. We consolidate multi-line orders where possible to keep freight efficient. Tell us your delivery country in the enquiry and we'll confirm timing.

What's the returns policy for business orders?

You can return a stock item within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, we don't provide free return labels. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll send a free replacement (or a partial/full refund if a replacement isn't possible). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
