We primarily serve customers in the United Kingdom and also ship to Germany, the Netherlands, other European countries, Australia, Canada, and selected international destinations where our products are available.

This policy explains our order processing time, delivery estimates, shipping costs, order cut-off time, DHL and local carrier delivery, insured DHL shipping, tracking information, taxes and duties, fulfilment details, and other important shipping information.

Orders are shipped with DHL where available and include free insured DHL shipping. Depending on your delivery country, delivery location, and local delivery network, DHL may work with local delivery partners, or your shipment may be delivered by a local carrier for final-mile delivery.

Where local carriers are used for final-mile delivery, they may appear on the tracking page as the carrier responsible for delivery in your area.

Our order processing time is 0–1 business day.

Delivery estimates depend on your delivery country. Estimated delivery times are shown in business days and include order processing and delivery.

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM UK Time, Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next processing business day.

Processing business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays that affect our operations, fulfilment partners, DHL, local carriers, or delivery partners.


2. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through our website.

No standard shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Orders shipped with DHL where available include free insured DHL shipping. This means the DHL shipment includes shipping protection against loss or damage during transit where applicable.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or payment-related fees will be shown at checkout where they are collected by HavelaLights. Any charges imposed separately by local customs authorities, banks, card issuers, or payment providers may be outside our control.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. This may include the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, other European countries, Australia, Canada, and selected international destinations where our products and services are available.

Available shipping destinations may depend on the product, delivery address, DHL availability, local carrier availability, and checkout options shown on our website.

If your delivery country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to that location.


4. Fulfilment and Returns Facility

HavelaLights is operated by Witteveen E-commerce LLC, a company registered in the United States. Orders may be fulfilled through our logistics network, including our Netherlands fulfilment and returns facility where applicable.

5. Order Processing

Orders begin processing after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Our order processing time is 0–1 business day.

Orders placed before the order cut-off time of 4:00 PM UK Time, Monday to Saturday usually begin processing the same processing business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays begin processing on the next processing business day.

During order processing, we prepare your item for dispatch, perform order checks where needed, and hand the order over to DHL, a local carrier, or our fulfilment partners.

Processing may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, seasonal demand, public holidays, or unexpected operational delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.


6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates depend on your delivery country and are calculated in business days.

The total estimated delivery time includes our 0–1 business day order processing time and the estimated carrier delivery time.

Carrier delivery business days may vary by destination country, DHL schedule, local carrier schedule, local public holidays, and local delivery conditions.

7. Carrier and Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped with DHL where available and include free insured DHL shipping.

Depending on your delivery country, delivery location, and local delivery network, DHL may work with local delivery partners, or your shipment may be delivered by a local carrier for final-mile delivery.

This means the carrier shown on your tracking page may sometimes include DHL, a DHL delivery partner, or another local carrier responsible for delivery in your area.

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been shipped.


8. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment confirmation.


9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

HavelaLights is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@havelalights.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, dispatched, or handed over to DHL, a local carrier, or a fulfilment partner.


10. Undeliverable Packages, Refused Delivery, and Failure to Collect

If a package cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, delivery was refused, or the package was not collected from a pickup point or delivery location, the package may be returned to sender or held by DHL, a local carrier, or a delivery partner.

In such cases, reasonable return shipping, handling, storage, or re-shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund, unless prohibited by law.

We will contact you where possible before making any deduction.


11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@havelalights.com with your order number and any available tracking information.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos or videos showing the issue where available. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If only the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is complete, undamaged, and fully functional, this does not normally qualify as a product defect.
