How tall should a floor lamp be for a reading chair?
For reading and ambient use, the base of the shade should sit at roughly eye level when you are seated - between 100 and 150 cm from the floor. Arc lamps are typically taller to allow the arm to extend over the seating area.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any lamp for any reason. Contact us and we arrange collection - there is no cost to you. Refunds are processed within five working days of receipt.
How long does delivery take?

Can a floor lamp serve as the main light source in a room?
In smaller rooms and spaces where soft ambient light is preferred, yes. For larger rooms we recommend layering - a floor lamp in one corner working alongside a ceiling fixture. Our arc lamps are the strongest single-source option in the range.
