The first lamp sent had an issue with the assembly so I emailed customer care with pictures and a detailed explanation. The service I received was amazing, constant contact, kept up to date, suggestions were made and when it was obvious that the issue couldn't be fixed, a new lamp was sent with no hassle. I love the lamp, and every time I look at it I remember that there are truly conscientious, customer-focussed and honest businesses out there who deserve our support. Thank you very much!
